# PDFReader Terms of Service ("Agreement")

This Agreement governs your use of the PDFReader mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

1. **Eligibility**

* You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. **License**

* We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. **User Responsibilities**

* You agree not to:
  * Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
  * Use the App for illegal purposes or to infringe others' rights.
  * Upload harmful content (e.g., malware, copyrighted material without permission).

4. **Document Handling**

* The App processes documents locally on your device unless you actively share/export them (e.g., via email or cloud services).
* You retain ownership of your files; we do not access them unless you initiate sharing.

5. **Termination**

* We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of this Agreement.

6. **Disclaimers**

* The App is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties of accuracy, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
* We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from App use.

7. **Changes to Terms**

* Updated terms will be posted in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. **Governing Law**
